Colonel Thomas Bennett, USAF-Ret., was laid to rest Wed. 12-12-07 in a family cemetery near Covington, IN with full military honors. Befitting his 26-year service, an Air Force honor guard carried him to his final resting place, fired a three-volley salute, a bugler played taps and presented a flag to his widow "on behalf of the President of the United States and a grateful nation." Hawaiian Falls waterpark in Garland, Texas recently held a prayer walk for a new wave pool that is nearing completion. They invited the public to write positive thoughts, prayers and scriptures on the floor and walls before they seal the cement. Pics at [link]
